Donna is currently the Immediate Past President of the Barbados Chapter of the International Women's Forum. She served as a Director on the Board of Republic Bank (Barbados) Ltd. from 2021–2025 and continues as a Trustee on their pension fund.
As Barbados Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day, she has facilitated the World Bank's InfoDev WINC Acceleration Program for growth-oriented women entrepreneurs. In 2014 she was recognised as one of Barbados Today's Women Inspiring Change, and in 2016 named among the 31 Caribbean Women to Watch by Girls Who Write Blogs.
Residing in Barbados with her husband and two dogs, Donna embraces the joys of family life as a partly empty nester — with one child at home and the other living abroad.
